This is my 6-Week Home Guide. This guide consists of 3 different workout sessions each week. It is in PDF form, so you can print it out and track your progress. The guide is targeted at gaining muscle in your booty, hips, and legs while toning your abs and upper body. It can be completed with no equipment or with a resistance band and weights. Follow this guide consistently for best results! After the 6 weeks, you can repeat the guide, just increasing weight to keep progressing!
